All submissions must be prepared in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines and must not be under consideration by any other journal.

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on originality, scientific quality, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Step 1: Manuscript Preparation – Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the journal’s formatting requirements. The manuscript should include a title page, abstract, keywords, main text, references, tables, and figures, where applicable.

Step 3: Initial Editorial Screening – The Editorial Office will conduct a preliminary review to ensure that the manuscript falls within the journal’s scope, complies with the author guidelines, and meets ethical and quality standards. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before peer review.

Step 4: Double-Blind Peer Review – Eligible manuscripts are forwarded for double-blind peer review by at least two independent subject experts. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

Step 5: Editorial Decision- Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief will make one of the following decisions:

Authors will receive the reviewers’ comments and will be given an opportunity to revise their manuscript when applicable.

Step 6: Final Acceptance- After satisfactory revision and editorial approval, the manuscript will be accepted for publication. Authors will receive an official acceptance notification from the Editorial Office.

Step 7: Article Processing Charge (APC)- An Article Processing Charge (APC), if applicable, is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No submission fee is charged.

Step 8: Copyediting and Proofreading – Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, formatting, and proofreading. The corresponding author may receive page proofs for final approval before publication.

Step 9: Publication – The final version of the article will be published online in the scheduled issue of the journal and will be made freely accessible under the journal’s open-access policy.
